- 2 oz cooked turkey sausage, diced (see your recipe cards or Breakfast Recipe Forum) or cooked chicken breast works well also
- ½ cup fresh pineapple
- 1 teaspoon Splenda
- ¼ teaspoon coconut extract
Mix all together and microwave on high for 45 seconds or just till warmed through.
