- 6 mushrooms
- ½ bell pepper
- 3 stalks green onions, green part only
- 12 oz lean steak
- 3 - 4 cups water
- 4 tablespoons Liquid Smoke
- ¼ cup red wine
- chopped basil, to taste
- parsley, to taste
- garlic powder, to taste
- white potato
Thinly slice mushrooms, bell pepper, and green onions (green part only). Cut steak into about 1" - 1 1/2" squares. Using a soup pot combine liquid smoke, wine, chopped basil, parsley, garlic powder, seasoning to taste; bring to a boil. Add steak, and vegetables. Simmer until it becomes a very thin gravy like texture, about 20 - 30 minutes. Meanwhile, cook white potato in microwave until done. Cut into slices and season with
garlic powder and parsley.
