- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 28 oz nsa tomato sauce
- 2 tablespoons nsa chili powder
- 2 teaspoons cumin
- 2 teaspoons cayenne
- 2 teaspoons black pepper
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 2 teaspoons granulated garlic
- 1 large onion chopped fine
- 4 mini-scoops of pure Stevia or the non-sugar sweetener of your choice to taste
Put the sauce, seasonings, onion and sweetener in the crock pot, stir well, add the chicken and cook on high for 6 hours. Serve on garlic mashed potatoes, rice or on your salad. DE-LISH If you do not like hot and spicy dishes, reduce cumin and cayenne by half and enjoy!!
