- 16 - 20 oz skinless, boneless chicken breast, cut in strips
- ¼ cup distilled white vinegar
- 2 tablespoons cayenne Pepper (or if you like them extra spicy like me use 3)
- 1½ tablespoons nsa chili powder
- 3/4 cup nsa tomato sauce
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder, optional
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Bake "wings" in preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until cooked through. Meanwhile in a bowl mix your vinegar, cayenne, chili powder, onion powder, garlic powder (if using) and tomato sauce. Mix well.
When the wings are baked dip in the sauce to coat well, shake off the excess and return coated wings to baking sheet. Reduce oven temperature to 250 degrees and bake another 10 minutes to set your sauce and give them the "crunchy" texture. You can add extra sauce to the completed chicken for that “restaurant" feeling.
Enjoy!
