From member ....... My boys love it! I was actually trying to create a new flavor of popsicle.....but it just didn't freeze hard enough.....thus...ice cream was born! Perfect texture! If this is, too sweet, for you, back off on the syrup and maybe add more extract instead....
BMOS Note: In order to avoid triggering unwanted sugar cravings, we'd encourage you to use very ripe bananas and reduce the quantities of both syrups. If sweets are an issue for you, you may find be best to avoid this recipe entirely.
- 2 cups mashed ripe bananas
- ½ cup chocolate flavored Splenda sweetened syrup (I used DaVinci)
- 1½ tablespoons strawberry extract
- 3 tablespoons vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon caramel flavored Splenda sweetened syrup (DaVinci)
- 3 tablespoons water
Blend well in the blender, pour into 8 (1 cup) containers with lids.....Freeze....Enjoy! This makes a very creamy ice cream treat!
Note: Just to clarify, ..... divides this into 8 containers because her body type is allowed ¼ cup Fruit B per serving. Depending upon the Fruit B serving size you require (see your Fast Track card) you may wish to pour this into 4 or even 2 containers.
