Ingredients
- 1 pound extra lean ground beef ( We can eat Beef or USE TURKEY OR CHICKEN To stay healthier since Beef tends to stall)
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 (14.5 oz) can stewed tomatoes NSA
- 1 14oz can low sodium (or no salt added) tomato sauce
- 1 Tbsp minced garlic
- 1 Tbsp worchestershire sauce ( Not sure of this but it is Minute so should be ok)
- 1 cup low sodium chicken broth or beef broth ( NSA)
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp hot chili flakes
- 1/2 head cabbage, chopped
Directions
In a medium pot, brown beef & onions. Place everything in slow cooker (except meat mixture and cabbage) and mix well. Add beef mixture, then cabbage. Cook on LOW for 5-6 hours.
