- 4-6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 2 (14.5 oz ) cans nsa diced tomatoes
- 1 onion, sliced very thinly
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- ½ teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon ground pepper
Place Breasts in bottom of crock pot. Add onions then all spices. Top with tomatoes and vinegar. Cook on high for 5 hours.
