6 WBMO - Crockpot Balsamic Chicken

From member ....... It is so good!

  • 4-6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 (14.5 oz ) cans nsa diced tomatoes
  • 1 onion, sliced very thinly
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • ½ teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon ground pepper

Place Breasts in bottom of crock pot. Add onions then all spices. Top with tomatoes and vinegar. Cook on high for 5 hours.
