From member ........ This recipe was from another diet, " Somersizing"....I left out the cheese it calls for since we can't have it. Dampen your meat slightly so coating will stick. I have used this on chicken and zucchini.
- 2 cups dehydrated onions, about 5 oz
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon ground sage
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1 teaspoon dried coriander
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- ½ teaspoon dried oregano
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 2 bay leaves, crushed
Put onions in food processor or mini chopper, process for 1 minute. Add remaining ingredients and process for 30 seconds. Store in an airtight container.
