- 1 lb lean chicken tenders
- 1 tablespoon parsley flakes
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1 oz dry dessert wine (BMOS Note: port or sherry might work, or check here for other information)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 clove garlic, pressed
Marinate chicken in a mixture of remaining ingredients for 5 minutes. Place chicken in marinade in a broiler pan 4 inches from the heat and broil for 5 minutes. Turn chicken, broil 5 minutes more.
Serving suggestion: serve with a side dish of your favorite vegetables.
