From member ..... It was a delight to have something sweet for breakfast and not the same gross egg whites or turkey sausage.
- 2 egg whites
- 1 teaspoon water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- sweetener, to taste
Mix and scramble in skillet. Top with fruit, if desired.
