I found this recipe. Just omit the salt and use NSA broth and low sodium sausage.
Cabbage Lover's Turkey Sausage Stew

- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 carrots, sliced diagonally
- 2 cups shredded green cabbage
- 1 cup 98% fat-free, low sodium chicken broth (USE NSA)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1
/2 teaspoon salt - 1/2 teaspoon pepper
What To Do:
- In a large pot over medium heat, cook turkey sausage, onion, and carrots 8-10 minutes or until no longer pink, stirring occasionally. Add cabbage, garlic powder, salt and pepper, and cook 3 to 4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add chicken broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer until cabbage is tender.
