From member ..... I have figured out how to make potato chips with no fat or salt...and they're GOOD. Crunchy and tasty! You will never miss the fat or the salt!!!! One small potato makes a whole bowl full of chips.
- 1 small potato
- no-salt seasonings of your choice
- cooking spray**
Slice potato paper thin (I used a mandoline type slicer). Place them in a single layer on a microwave safe plate that has been sprayed with "Pam" ** or something similar. Sprinkle potatoes with nsa garlic pepper or what ever seasoning you like. Microwave on high for a couple of minutes (2 or 3 minutes depending on how thick you made them and your microwave). Watch them closely. When they just start to turn brown they are done.
