6 WBMO - Oven Potato Chips


From member ..... Dip potato slices in egg white if desired, before baking.

BMOS Note: Your serving size will be dependent upon the amount of potato used.


Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Use a non-stick cookie sheet or line your cookie sheet with nonstick foil, cooking parchment or a Silpat Scrub potatoes and slice very thin. Place potato slices, one layer thick only, onto cookie sheet. Sprinkle with garlic powder, paprika, and chili powder if desired. Bake about 5 minutes. Turn and cook until done
