From member ..... These were so good! For those of you who don't know, Silpat is a product made in France. It has a rubbery texture and nothing will stick to it. It will also pull away grease. Great for everything from cookies to chicken.
- ½ cup thinly sliced potato
- 1 egg white, beaten until frothy
- garlic powder, to taste
- finely chopped onion, to taste
- parsley, to taste
Dip potatoes in egg white and place in a single layer on Silpat. (BMOS Note: Other options would include nonstick foil or cooking parchment.) Sprinkle with garlic powder, chopped onion, and parsley. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until done.
