- 1 egg white
- 1 cup sliced potatoes, really thin
- garlic minced, to taste
- onion flakes (can use onion powder)
- dried parsley
Beat egg white till foamy. Dip potato slices then lay on baking stone or sheet, sprinkle with spices. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. I then put them on a cookie rack so that they don't lay on something solid and will get more crispy...
