I Love Pizza

Since I'm working at trying to lose weight I don't get to eat pizza anymore when I do goes straight to my stomach. But I tried the fathead pizza last night.... it was soooo good.

I had bought my cheese from Aldi's. The cheese there has more water content than the regular Polly-o or store brand mozzarella cheese. So for that I added an extra almost quarter cup of almond flour.

I added pepperoni slices , some tomato sauce , which next time I will try paste instead since the sauce made my crust  a little soggy but that's okay cuz I used a fork to eat it,( oh the sacrilege. Haha)  I also added some cooked mushrooms peppers onions and since I didn't have fresh spinach I had a bag of frozen spinach I cooked a little of that in the pan as well, strained the water out and added that on top and more cheese on top of that.
Also I didn't split the crust like this recipe calls I used the whole thing.   I rolled it out between 2 pieces of parchment and made one large  pie that I cut into several servings.

Roasted Onion and Zucchini Bake

Wow! I have been away for a while I have not blogged here or on my craft blog in a while.

I'm trying again after gaining weight last year, getting frustrated, spinning my wheels going nowhere.

It's a new year although were three months in,  it's try , try again.

My friend Ashley is a Beachbody Coach and so I'm doing Beachbody on demand. It's pretty cool, the first month is free after that it's $40 every 3 months or $99 for the year which is actually the better bargain and I get to try all of their available DVDs online, so if you're into bootcamp they  got that. Yoga? They have that . Tai Cheng they have that.  I do a little bit of Brazil Butt and slim in 6 which is a milder cardio since I'm not 20 anymore. I also do rockin body.

I tried a new recipe today it's a baked onion and zucchini casserole.  I found it on Pinterest it's pretty good. I am not a big zucchini person I don't really like the greenness of it, although I have made zucchini patties and zucchini bread in the past with some success, kind of Hit and Miss if you know what I mean,  but this is good because I can hide the taste of the zucchini in the onion.

They Fit!!!!!

This shirt is OLD and Never fit --- Was given to me 20 yrs ago I liked it but couldn't wear it, so I put it away and said...ONE DAY IT WILL FIT! .... TODAY IT FITS! Cleaning out the closet.... Things are just falling off me!!!...WOOPWOOP Happy Dancing!!!

I lost 40 lbs since landing in Fla. That shirt is an XL I used to be 3X

The shirt says, " I would be laughing my head off if this wasn't my Life"....Which pretty much summed up my life up to that point...

Happy VD Day, Disappointment and Weightloss

I know that sounds wrong. Well I had been talking to this guy online @ OKCupid. Ihad a feeling just something in my gut that there was something wrong... This place always has scammers or catfishers, and I always seem to find them.
Well he said we should meet today. I sent him my fone# and he didnt call, said he had to step out for a bit and would call in a while... HE DIDN'T.

This morning I get a txt from him saying his kids showed up to take him out, and he was hoping to be back early enough to meet me.... YEA, Right.

Always listen to your Instincts, your intuition, its usually always right.

Anyhoo  I got another txt from him around 5 ish... something is off, it was too fast with all the sweet talk for starters.
His fone # was an exchange I didn't recognize so I Googled it. It said a Bridgeport Ct. Landline. ( We are in Fla.)
Well how can he txt from a landline. Turns out there is now technology that allows it, speech to txt.

I tried calling him and got a recording from Txt Now..... Hmmmmmm...The really suspicious thing is My ex's family live in bridgeport, he lives in another part of Ct. with the she devil  he is with.
At first I thought maybe he was messing with me  or she was, this is more her speed then his, but now I think it is a sad coincidence.  At least I hope it is.

The sad thing is I was hoping for something special for VD day. I have been hating this holiday for.. EVER... at least 15 yrs.. and New years too, and Xmas... Yea I have gotten real Jaded over the yrs. But this yr was supposed to be the yr it all changes for me, and for the most part it is...... But I am really disappointed I allowed myself to get my hopes up..... This is why I am Alone... Ppl let me down. Sometimes I think I am better off alone.....

Well Enough of the sadness... I decided I would just go out and walk it off... Over 2 miles again. Something Happens when I walk, I get music  in my step and ppl notice. Yesterday I was stopped twice, ppl said I looked happy, I had Hip hop in my step... hahaha  and I don't even like Hip hop. I can take  minute doses of it at one time but that's it.

And Another Amazing thing... My Clothes are falling off.

This shirt I bought when I first got here In October  Actually. It was a lil loose But now it is swimming on me.

These yoga pants were falling off me too.  Time to go shopping.
