6 WBMO - Restaurant Style Buffalo “Wings”

From member ......

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.  Bake "wings" in preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until cooked through.  Meanwhile in a bowl mix your vinegar, cayenne, chili powder, onion powder, garlic powder (if using) and tomato sauce.  Mix well.

When the wings are baked dip in the sauce to coat well, shake off the excess and return coated wings to baking sheet.  Reduce oven temperature to 250 degrees and bake another 10 minutes to set your sauce and give them the "crunchy" texture.  You can add extra sauce to the completed chicken for that “restaurant" feeling.

Enjoy!

6 WBMO - Kim's Kickin' Buffalo Sauce (Buffalo Sauce 2)

From member ..... I am a hot food junkie and the thing I have missed the most besides salt is HOT SAUCE! I came up with this recipe that is totally on plan.

Combine all ingredients in a sauce pan, bring to a boil, then lower to a simmer for 15 minutes.

This is soooo good with chicken tenders with OP Coating! or sprinkled on turnip greens, collard greens or spinach (for us Southern folks out there )
